These terms describe what The FX Verdict is, and what it is not. By using the site you accept them.

Information only

Everything on this site is general information, not investment advice. Trading CFDs involves risk. Make your own decisions, and confirm each broker's current terms on its own website before you open an account or deposit.

Data dates

We check facts against primary sources where we can and mark what we could not verify. Broker terms change, so every review shows the date its data was checked. Treat that date as how current the information is.

We are not a broker

The FX Verdict is not a broker and never holds client funds. Any account you open is with the broker itself, under that broker's own terms.

Affiliate links and paid placement

The FX Verdict earns affiliate commission on some broker links. Three brokers pay for featured placement, labelled as sponsored wherever it appears. Payment never changes a score or what we write in a review. The details are on our How we rate page.

Other websites

Links to broker websites and other third-party sites take you off The FX Verdict. Those sites are governed by their own terms and policies.
