How to choose a forex broker in 2026

The four checks that actually matter before you deposit.

1 · Check the entity, not the brand

Big brokers run many companies. The FCA or ASIC licence in the advert usually belongs to a different entity than the one Thai clients sign with — most Thai accounts open under a Seychelles, Belize or BVI company with lighter protection. Before you deposit, scroll to the website footer and read which legal entity serves your country. Each review shows the broker's licences — for example, our EBC Financial Group review.

2 · Withdrawals are the real test

A broker is only as good as its last payout. Look for the pattern in majority user feedback, not the marketing: how fast do withdrawals actually arrive, and what happens after a profitable month? Every review gives withdrawals their own score, built from exactly this — for example, our Exness review.

3 · Funding methods that actually work

Cards, e-wallets, crypto and local bank transfer each carry different fees and speeds. Watch for one-way rails — some brokers accept a deposit method they will not pay withdrawals back through. Every review summarizes how you can deposit and withdraw, and what traders report about payout speed — for example, our Vantage review.

4 · Support in your language

When a withdrawal stalls at 23:00, English-only chat is not fun. Check the local-support level on each review — for example, our FBS review. “Full” means Thai-speaking staff, not Google Translate.

Use the scores, then verify yourself

Our honest score weighs Thai funding 35%, withdrawals 30%, Thai support 20% and regulation reality 15%. Start from the full table of all 35 brokers — it defaults to featured-first order (3 disclosed paid placements, real scores unchanged), with a one-tap toggle to pure score order — open 2–3 reviews, then test your shortlist with a small deposit and an early small withdrawal.
